What this knowledgebase is

A structured synthesis of peer-reviewed literature, clinical guidelines, and reputable secondary sources on adult complications after childhood clubfoot surgery. Claims carry linked citations and Oxford CEBM evidence levels where applicable.

What it is not

• Not a systematic Cochrane-style review with pre-registered protocol
• Not a care pathway for any named individual
• Not an endorsement of any surgeon, hospital, or product

Publication pipeline (high level)

1. Master content lives in a git-governed private wiki.
2. Editorial refinement and citation completeness.
3. Scrub removes internal audit markers only; citations and evidence levels stay.
4. MkDocs Material builds the public static site.
5. PHI grep + link check gate every production candidate.
