This site is the Talipes Equinovarus Research Knowledgebase — a publicly auditable, evidence-based resource on the long-term complications of childhood clubfoot (talipes equinovarus) surgery, and the full range of options for managing them as an adult.

Purpose¶

It is intended for adults who live with these complications, their advocates and families, and the clinicians who care for them. Every clinical claim on the site carries at least one linked citation and an Oxford CEBM evidence level, and the specialist content is geographically agnostic — capability is matched first, geography is a filter, never a recommendation hierarchy.
